Our Car-Sitter will autonomously collect the car shortly after your rental ends. Simply park the car in a legal, publicly accessible spot at the address provided during the booking or within a 500-meter radius.

If you return the car before the end of your rental period, make sure to pay for parking until the end of your rental time, if required (parking is free in Paris 75).

The Car-Sitter will then conduct a photo inventory at the end of the rental, which will be sent to you via email. Additionally, a visual inspection of the vehicle may be carried out by JOOL’s team within 48 hours after the end of the rental.

You will receive an email notifying you of any additional fees that may apply: for damages, delays, toll charges, extra mileage, or fines, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Your security deposit will be released within 48 hours after the end of your rental if the return inspection shows no damage and no additional fees are incurred.
