What happens at the end of my rental?

At the end of your rental, you must park the car on the street in an authorized and accessible parking space at the address provided during the booking, or within a maximum of 500 meters from this address.

Be sure to complete your rental in the Jool app by pressing "Finish my rental." If you return the car before the scheduled end time, make sure to pay for parking until the scheduled end time if necessary. You remain responsible for the car until this time.

You can finish your rental at least 2 hours before the scheduled end time. Once the rental is completed (via the app), one of our team members will collect the car autonomously. We will conduct an end-of-rental inspection within 48 hours to check if the car has incurred any damage during the rental. You will receive an email with a return sheet confirming the presence or absence of any damage.

You will also receive an email notifying you of any additional charges that may apply to your rental: late fees, toll fees, mileage, damages to the car, or fines as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Your deposit will be released within 48 hours after the end of your rental, provided the car's condition report shows no damages and no additional charges apply.
