Fine for unauthorized parking
If you're fined for unauthorized parking, here's what happens:
The fine is sent to Jool, as the vehicle's owner.
Jool passes on the fine amount to you, plus a 15 € administration fee, charged to your registered payment method.
You'll receive a summary email informing you of the fees applied.
Unauthorized parking and impoundment
In case of unauthorized parking, the vehicle may also be impounded. In this case, additional fees apply: impoundment fees + a 15 € recovery fee. Any damage sustained by the vehicle while impounded will also be your responsibility.
