At the start of your rental, the car will be delivered and parked as close as possible to the address provided during booking. You will then receive an SMS containing a link to locate the vehicle, allowing you to set off whenever you wish by starting your rental via the Jool app.
All documents required for the rental can be found in the central armrest. If your vehicle is a Tesla, you must download the Tesla app, create an account, and tap "access Tesla app" within the Jool app. You may begin your rental as soon as the car is delivered, even if it arrives earlier than your scheduled booking time, at no additional cost.
