All Jool electric cars are connected to our mobile app.
Once your car is delivered, you'll receive an SMS with a link to locate it. You can then start your rental from the Jool app, which lets you lock, unlock, and start the car.
Cars are delivered without a key card. For Bluetooth access which works even when your phone or the car has no network ; you'll need to download the Tesla app (see the dedicated article below).
