All electric cars rented on Jool are connected to our mobile app.
Once the car is delivered, you’ll receive a text message with a link to locate the car. Then, start your rental using the app.
You can unlock, lock, and start the car from the Jool app.
The cars are delivered without a key card. To access the car via Bluetooth—which will work even if your phone or the car is offline—you must download the Tesla app. The Tesla app will also allow you to better track the car’s charging status. You’ll need to create an account, then click “Tesla App Access” in the Jool app: the car will be automatically linked to your account.
