During your Jool rental, charging depends on the car you’re driving.
With a Tesla, charging is automatic on Tesla Superchargers : just plug in, no card or app needed. Charging costs will be billed to you at the actual rate at the end of your rental. Of course, you're free to use any other charging network as well.
With a Renault, you’ll need to pay with a card (bank or charging card) or via an app before plugging the car into the charger. On networks like Ionity, Shell, Total, or Fastned, payment is always required before charging, regardless of the car.
Cables are provided in the trunk so you can also charge at standard public stations (e.g. Belib) or on a regular outlet at home or at a hotel.
