During your Jool rental, you'll need to download and use the Tesla app.
What it lets you do
Automatically unlock the car with your phone, even with a weak or unavailable network (Bluetooth must be turned on)
Track charging in real time: battery level, remaining charging time, and Supercharger costs when available in the app
Save certain settings (seat position, mirrors, media preferences) for a more comfortable, personalized experience from one rental to the next
How to get access
Before your rental: download the Tesla app and create an account.
Once your rental has started: tap "Tesla App Access" in the Jool app.
You'll then have access to the Tesla app. It's available to the main driver as well as any additional driver whose license has been validated.
