We understand that unexpected delays can happen, so we grant you a 15-minute grace period. After that, you will be charged €10 per started hour of delay, up to a maximum of 6 hours.
If you're running late, extend your rental through the Jool app. This will help you save money and be more considerate of the driver who's picking up the car.
Please note that if your delay causes you to return the car after 11:30 PM, you will automatically be charged for 6 hours of delay (€60).
