If you're unable to unlock the car via Bluetooth, here's what to do:
Download the latest version of the Jool app.
On your booking homepage, refresh it by sliding from top to bottom.
Tap the "Control over Bluetooth" button while standing next to the car.
Tap the "Wake up" button while pressing lightly on the door handle to wake up the car.
Unlock the car.
If it still doesn't work, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings, remove the pairing with the car, and try again.
