To unlock the car from another phone, you need to invite the person through your Jool app.
The person must first download the Jool app and create an account. If they are invited as a Driver, they must also add their driver’s license in the app, and it must have been validated.
Once their account is created (and their license validated if they are a Driver), open your app and go to your booking. Tap Upcoming, then Guest management, then Add a guest. Enter their phone number and select their role: Guest if they don’t need to drive, or Driver if they’ll be behind the wheel.
The invitation can only be sent if the person has already installed the Jool app on their phone.
As soon as they accept the invitation, they can access the car from their phone. If they are a Driver, access is only activated once their license has been validated.
