The details of your Tesla charging sessions and mileage are available in real time in the Jool app, and stay available after your rental ends (even without access to the Tesla app).
Ongoing rental
Go to the "Rental" tab (bottom bar):
Short-term rental: in the "Manage my rental" section, tap "Charging" or "Trip details".
Mid-term rental: in the "Monthly payments" section, tap "Charging", "Distance per month" or "Payment schedule" (additional fees for each month).
Past rental
Go to the "Account" tab, then select the rental. There you'll find the total of your charging sessions and the distance driven. You'll also see the "Tesla charging" and "Trip details" buttons, and your invoices.
What you'll find there
Charging: tap a charging session to see the energy used (kWh), the price per kWh, and the start and end times.
Mileage: distance driven, distance included, distance remaining and any distance over your mileage allowance.
Electra charging, free-flow tolls and fines don't appear in real time. They are added at the end of your rental (or at the end of the month for a mid-term rental), then summarised by email.
