The car is delivered on the day of your booking.
It can be delivered in person at the time you selected when booking, in which case our convoyeur will contact you to hand it over face to face.
It can also be delivered early, in which case you have no direct contact with the convoyeur. The car is made available to you before your booking time, and you can start using it at no extra cost. The car is your responsibility from the moment you tap “Start your rental” in the app.
