Upon your arrival, our agent will be waiting for you directly at the drop-off area of the terminal you arrive at. There is no physical counter: you’ll pick up the car on-site at the time you selected during your reservation.
For your return trip, please return the car to the drop-off area at the terminal from which your flight departs by the end of your rental period. Our agent will be there to collect the car.
Our recommendations are the following :
Pickup: Allow 30 to 45 minutes after your flight’s arrival time to collect your luggage and reach the drop-off zone.
Return: Arrive 3 hours before your flight’s departure to allow time to return the car without rushing and then go through security.
