A security deposit of €1,000 is requested 3 days before the start of your rental, by imprinting your bank card. It may be used in the event of damages, delays, tolls, excess mileage, or fines, as specified in our Terms and Conditions.
Your security deposit is released approximately 48 business hours after the end of your rental, following the checks carried out at the end of your rental.
After the rental, we carry out an inspection to verify that the car has not been damaged during your rental. You receive an end-of-rental report by email, confirming the presence or absence of any damage found.
You then receive an email informing you of any additional fees applying to your rental: late fees, toll fees, kilometers driven, damage found on the car, or traffic fines, as provided for in our Terms and Conditions.
