Before your rental, you receive a condition report by email certifying the state of the car at handover. This is your reference document.
If you spot damage that isn't listed in this report, let us know straight away: take photos and send them via WhatsApp (+33 7 44 09 78 95), specifying where the damage is on the car.
This allows us to exclude that damage from your liability.
