Yes, you can cancel your rental up to 72 hours (3 days) before the beginning without any fees or reasons. You will then be refunded the full amount paid for your rental.

For example, if your rental starts on a Friday at 4 PM, you have until Tuesday at 4 PM of the same week to cancel your rental and receive a refund.

Unfortunately, if you cancel outside of this period, regardless of the reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.
