Yes, you can request to change cars during your mid-term rental, under certain conditions. Fees may apply.
Conditions
A car change is possible from the end of the 3rd month of your rental.
The total duration of your booking (previous car + new car) must be at least equal to your initial commitment.
Any month that has started is due in full: there is no proration, even if the car is collected before the end of the month.
The change is subject to vehicle availability and Jool’s approval.
Example
You signed up for a 6-month commitment and want to change cars at the end of the 3rd month. You’ve already completed 3 months with your first car, so your new booking must last at least 3 months to reach the 6-month commitment in total. A new 2-month booking would not be accepted.
How does it work?

The car model you’d like
The date from which you’d like the change to take effect
If your request is accepted, make a new booking for your chosen date.
Confirm your new booking to us, and let us know you’d like to shorten your previous contract.
We’ll shorten your current contract and replace it with the new one.
