You don’t have a charging card or subscription ? No worries, it’s entirely possible to charge an electric vehicle in a simple and one-off way.

For public charging stations, several mobile apps allow you to locate a charger, start the session, and pay per use. No subscription or physical card required. Payment can usually be made directly by credit/debit card or via Apple Pay / Google Pay.

Some charging stations are also equipped with contactless payment terminals. You can simply tap your bank card, select the connector, and start charging — just like at a fuel station.

In other cases, a QR code is displayed on the charging station. Just scan it with your phone to open a payment page and launch the charging session. No account is needed.

Finally, if you're at home or staying somewhere with an available socket, you can charge the car directly using a standard household outlet. Just plug in the charging cable provided with the car into a regular power socket.

However, this type of charging is slower and should only be used under safe conditions.
