The electric cars rented on Jool are all connected to our mobile application.

Unlocking and locking your car is done simply using the app. At the start of the rental, a 4-digit code will be provided to you by the car-sitter to unlock the car for the first time and begin the rental.

You will also find a key card in the armrest that allows you to access the car and start it. We strongly recommend keeping this card with you throughout your rental.
