When you sign up for a mid-term subscription with Jool, the first payment is due at the time of booking. This payment confirms your booking and reserves the selected car for your chosen period.
After that, two separate charges are made each month to the bank card registered at sign-up:
Your monthly subscription fee, charged between D-3 and D (D being the anniversary date of your delivery).
The previous month's additional fees (charging costs, extra kilometers, etc.), charged between D and D+7 at the latest.
You'll receive an email confirmation for each of these charges, with the details of your invoice.
