During your Jool rental, you must download and use the Tesla app.
Once access has been activated, you can unlock the car automatically with your phone, including when the network is weak or unavailable, provided that Bluetooth is enabled.
The Tesla app also allows you to monitor the car's charging in real time. You can view the battery level, remaining charging time and the cost of charging at Tesla Superchargers when this is displayed in the app.
It also saves certain car settings and preferences, such as seat position, mirror position and multimedia preferences. These settings can then be reused from one rental to the next, for a more comfortable and personalised experience.
To access the app, you must follow these 2 steps:
Before your rental, download the Tesla app and create an account
Once your rental has started, click on "Access Tesla App" in the Jool app
You now have access to the Tesla app.
The Tesla app is accessible to the car's driver and all other drivers whose licences have been validated.
